Y lo es.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo sabe porque lleva meses centrado en la herc\u00falea misi\u00f3n de sustituir a los mejores talentos, muchos de los cuales se marcharon durante la pandemia, lo que confirma la perversa verdad de que los mejores suelen ser los primeros en ser cazados furtivamente, a pesar de sus mejores esfuerzos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan datos publicados por el Pew Research Center en marzo de este a\u00f1o, en 2021, s\u00f3lo en Estados Unidos, uno de cada cinco adultos no jubilados dejar\u00e1 su trabajo. Teniendo en cuenta esta realidad, en un momento de frustraci\u00f3n, uno podr\u00eda tener la tentaci\u00f3n de creer que invertir en L&amp;D puede ser una p\u00e9rdida de dinero.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No estoy de acuerdo. De hecho, creo que la inversi\u00f3n adecuada en una I+D eficaz puede ser justo lo que el m\u00e9dico recet\u00f3 a las organizaciones en 2022. El \u00e9nfasis en \u201ceficaz\u201d no debe pasar desapercibido.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero antes de compartir con usted lo que entiendo por \u201ceficaz\u201d, veamos el perfil de la mayor\u00eda de los que dejan de fumar y las razones que les llevan a tomar esa decisi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un reciente <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art\u00edculo de Harvard Business Review<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> publica los resultados de una investigaci\u00f3n realizada por el experto en an\u00e1lisis de personas Ian Cook. Junto con su equipo, realiz\u00f3 un<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">an\u00e1lisis en profundidad<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0de m\u00e1s de 9 millones de registros de empleados de m\u00e1s de 4.000 empresas, incluidos empleados de una amplia variedad de sectores, funciones y niveles de experiencia, en el que se revelaron dos tendencias clave: <br \/>1.
