E ela \u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voc\u00ea sabe disso porque, durante meses, concentrou-se na miss\u00e3o herc\u00falea de substituir os melhores talentos, muitos dos quais sa\u00edram durante a pandemia, confirmando a verdade perversa de que os melhores deles s\u00e3o, muitas vezes, os primeiros a serem demitidos, apesar de seus melhores esfor\u00e7os.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acordo com dados divulgados pelo Pew Research Center em mar\u00e7o deste ano, em 2021, somente nos EUA, um em cada cinco adultos n\u00e3o aposentados deixar\u00e1 o emprego. Considerando essa realidade, em um momento de frustra\u00e7\u00e3o, algu\u00e9m pode ficar tentado a acreditar que investir em L&amp;D pode ser um desperd\u00edcio de dinheiro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Permita-me discordar. Na verdade, acredito que o investimento certo em L&amp;D eficaz pode ser exatamente o que o m\u00e9dico receitou para as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es em 2022.
